Hym "This is the equivalent of a piece of paper. Or writing it on a two-way mirror. If I write something on a two way mirror the guy on the other side of the glass just gets to steal it? And why would I not murder kids over that? Sounds like a copyright to me. Setting up the site as though it were a two-mirror explicitly so you can launder and profiteer? When applied to copyright and intellectual property rules, this means that more powerful actors can violate the rules with impunity but use them to prosecute less powerful ones and that less powerful actors must obey the rules but cannot use them to stop more powerful actors breaking them.
Because copyright and intellectual property rules usually have an exception for 'fair use' and the law is supposed to reflect what is fair, any powerful actor behaving this way is by definition legal and an example of fair use.

That's me. That is the 'they will be the author of AT LEAST that portion of the output. THAT is all that is happening here. The YouTube panhandlers wanted to get me for copyright infringement BUT THEY COULDN'T ESTABLISH INTENT. So they decided to engage in this retaliatory and deliberate and for profit copyright infringement campaign. For the YouTube freaks, the retaliatory nature of the act IS the expression of intent. It's cut and dry. It's no intent vs intent. Full forfeiture and restitution! They are also doing it for ideological reason which is a violation of my first amendment rights! Make the jew news pay for burying the story!"
