The act of turning a trivial or unrelated experience into a self congratulatory “leadership lesson,” usually posted on professional networking sites (LinkedIn). Often involves exaggerating mundane events to appear inspirational, without offering any real insight or value.

Cash Loder

- Someone who makes loud and obnoxious noises when in public locations (i.e. Ordering food at a restaurant) to make the surrounding people look toward the origin of the noise and possibly become annoyed.
