The act of turning a trivial or unrelated experience into a self congratulatory “leadership lesson,” usually posted on professional networking sites (LinkedIn). Often involves exaggerating mundane events to appear inspirational, without offering any real insight or value.
“After he dropped his coffee and wrote a 500-word post about resilience, everyone agreed he was leadershitting again.”
