Get the one up-one downmug. A popular joke amongst the Timbers Army supporters group for the Portland Timbers MLS team.
Initially meant as a rule to keep a single supporter from taking up entire rows while they wait for their friends to show up late, now it's initial meaning is long since lost and is merely a funny joke inscribed on the wristbands handed out to fans who show up early.
