Field of battle

Military term, refers to the site of an engagement between military forces, generally in a broad scope. Also implies that the battle is ongoing.

An Army would maneuver into the Field of Battle to engage the enemy.

The Field School

A school in Northwest DC. It used to be in a town house downtown, but then it moved to a big mansion, and changed like crazy.

This school is so uptight, and you get in trouble for the stupidest things.

Most of the kids are stoned all the time, as well as some of the teachers.

Almost every single kid that attends this school has ADD, ADHD or some other learning disability.

They are starting to let in really weird kids, and the middle schoolers are so fucking annoying and think they rule the school.

hasn;t field realized that it sucks now?

Fielder

A fielders is a certain type of person that is immune to having a good time and generally just stands around awkwardly with his hands in his pockets during social events and situations. The term derives from baseball outfielders, who, for the most part, just fucking stand there.

Party Goer 1: Hey man, who's that guy sitting on the stool in the corner all alone?

Party Goer 2: Oh, that just John's friend from work. Huge fuckin' fielder, bud.
