it's just an action/phrase that you do/say when something goofy is said/done.

when you friends say something just utterly stupid, you raise your index finger and draw a big ass question mark in the air.

questy

annoying smart people who go to "special schools" and get "special" education which should be given to every one. The average quest is very out of proportion and bizarre in height, feelings, actions, and intelligence. They cannot settle for anything below an A and complain if the teach gave them points they didn't diserve. IN short, over analyzing assholes.
Side note: Questy chicks=mega hot some times...

A very decieving word that actually means the question itself will be a lengthy diatribe of mundane subject matter ...not even requiring an answer but more of an editorial.
