Queen of Peen or Q.O.P for short, is a commendatory title given to a female friend whose sexual conquests outnumber that of others in her friendship circle. In other words, a female 'player'.

Friend: "Did you see Chloe last night? She was surrounded by like five guys."

You: "Yeah, she is totally the Queen of Peen."
