Vlad Tepes (english: Vlad The Impaler) was the voievod (english: Ruler) of Tara Romaneasca (english: Wallachia).
He is commonly known as Dracula because he impaled people.

Vladimir Fuckoff

Rude, toxic or griefing Russians in chat who only talk in Cyrillic and try to be as obnoxious as possible.
Especially common in FPS games, where they spam voice chat to annoy people.
When the game is team based and you're in a team with only Russians, they tend to kick you out of the team as a means of griefing.
Their behavior is also seen in comments on YouTube or other toxic platforms, where they only type comments in Cyrillic.
They often have their name also in Cyrillic so others can't type or pronounce their name to address a reply to them.

Vladimir Fuckoff: *spams incomprehensible rabble in voice chat continuously*
Annoyed player: "Vladimir Fuckoff, would you please shut up?"
Vladimir Fuckoff: "Suka"
