This phrase signifies talking to someone about what you are going though, seeking professional help when faced with overwhelming mental health issues.

Sahla

Sahlas are really kind young women. They are insanely smart, very pretty and always have sympathy for others. Although they seem happy, Sahlas are hurt deep inside. They are probably from a rich family, and end up getting all the luxury, but cry themselves to sleep every night. They self harm and pretend its ok.
