A person who is a fan of a noob. A person is a fan of someone's work or gaming skills thinking they are a pro without realizing that the person they are a fan of is not actually a pro but a noob (newbie).

He's my foob. (This is implying that person saying this is not very good at something, a modest way of saying he's my fan.)
