A Cottage Felony is where someone, steals, destroys, mutilates or basically just tampers with a Cottage. And because this is basically breaking the law, it's a felony.

He was *felony cute* making me have a big goofy grin, weakening my knees, and forcing a stream of baby talk from my mouth. It should be a serious crime, perhaps even a felony, for a cute puppy to render me helpless.
