It's often mistaken for some sort of meme.
Dec10 is an example of how people on roblox bypass the god awful censorship. It's just the most noticeable one that comes up since they talk about their age. Dec is just put in front of any word and it should go through. They don't know they could just use X's and spam a letter a few times.
