Hat crewers make scenes everywhere they go and are always loud and obnoxious. Hat crewers can commonly be known wearing fitted hats (or being associated with people who wear fitted hats), white t's and or wife beaters, and always have fresh cuts. Hat crewers are also know for being big par-tiers, and taking Facebook photos of themselves with no shirts on.
