A male member of the hat crew who treats girls with no respect, and hit it and quit it. They think that they are above everyone else, and act like a douche-bag all the time. Hat crewers make scenes everywhere they go and are always loud and obnoxious. Hat crewers can commonly be known wearing fitted hats (or being associated with people who wear fitted hats), white t's and or wife beaters, and always have fresh cuts. Hat crewers are also know for being big par-tiers, and taking Facebook photos of themselves with no shirts on.
