1. A person who falls within the chouch spectre of the douchebag spectrum; just inbetween 'clown' and 'asshat'. Often a person who takes a serious interest in being a moron and is extremely inconsiderate of others while often causing themselves pain or discomfort through their own inconsiderate or unthinking action. 2. A person who is a crossed between a trash-bag and couch dweller.
