Chalky

A Chalky; Chalkie (or "Chalkies"), is a nickname given in skateboarding to small rocks or other small items that can wedge under the wheels. Chalkies pose an immediate threat of suddenly stopping the wheels movement and throwing the skater off.

After a stone is wedged it moves several centimeters before stopping the wheel all together. It tends to leaves behind a line similar to a chalk line, marking the position of where you were thrown. Hence the name, Chalky.

-"Oh man, how did you stack that bad?"
-"I was skating and hit a chalky, immediate faceplant"

-"Some chalkies coming up ahead, best to avoid them."

Chappy - Someone who's cuts (flesh wounds) are soo dry, that upon touching another person, will instantly suck the moisture from all of that being.

Used sarcasticly - One who when you try to crack a smile from let alone a conversation, it finds you more at odds than as a one legged man in an ass kicking competition. Very uncomfortable and most often resulting in random comments on the weather.

chalky balls

When your balls get "chakly" and they kind of stick together, usually during a warm/hot time of the day, and then you have to ""adjust. Usually when wearing some sort of shorts or baggy pants.

Dude, these chalky balls are so tempting to fix, but that hot chick is staring right at me.

Chappy

chappy is the german word that is used to describe anger or short temper. a person who is regarded as a chappy will suffer from server anger managment issues and abnormally large mussel mass. there is only one thing that can calm a chappy down and this is by placing a sock on his nose as soon as the sock touches his nose all the anger will drain away and the chappy will return to normal
