Male displaying generic "frat-guy" behavior traits. Is not necessarily in an actual fraternity, or in college for that matter. Constantly asserts his manliness through loud obnoxious boasts relating to topics that can include, but are not limited to, penis size, car size, how drunk he got/how many "bitches" were at/he had sex with at the party, bench pressing, and possibly irrational exaggerations with regard to extreme sports that he is, in reality, probably not that good at.
"Shut up, Dahlhauser! I saw you getting shut down by that chick at the Delta Chi party last night! Quit being such a todd!"
"That guy thinks he can chug an entire keg. What a todd."

(Verb) To bring an old or worn article of clothing along on a trip with the specific intention of not bringing it back home. That is, instead of throwing it out, you’ll pack it in your suitcase, wear it one final time, then discard it, lightening your load on the return trip. Also "todding." Todd is a slightly less-common variation of T-Bud.
Kitty's dress was getting a bit frayed, so she planned to todd them on her vacation to Florida. She was todding that outfit in Sarasota.
