Australian slang term used to imply that someone is completely crackers. An analogy used to convey a state of insanity, possibly catalysed by heavy consumption of legal or illegal substances.

Spanish frase meaning "in a while" or "later" in spanish; Combination of the word "al" meaning "towards" and "rato" which means "while". Used mostly by Latin American peoples in normal spanish speaking or in Spanglish(english and spanished fused as one core language).
