Bob is always in a state of proactive procrastination. Instead of doing his homework, he does his laundry and cleans his room.

Chris: I'm doing an essay. Get off my back.

Anonymous person: How much do you have left?

Chris: All of it

Anonymous person: Oh my. Why so?

Chris: I've been prochristinating all day long playing Mario Kart 64, going on facebook, and looking at holidays I wish I could be on

Anonymous person: That sounds far more interesting and productive than any essay. May I add, you are looking particularly handsome today Chris

Chris: Why, thank you Anonymous person. That's made my day.

procrastination

Putting something that eventually must be done to the very last minute. Sometimes this method can be successful, and the person will get to spend a lot of time relaxing, and still get work done. Other times, however, it can lead to poor grades, incomplete work, etc. If one has a lot of work, it is understandable that the person will leave some for the last minute, although this person may be subject to adjectives such as lazy.

Me: Wow, I've got an 8 page history paper, a French project, a science lab, and a lot of other nightly homework... I'll do some now, but to avoid exhaustion, I'll have to use procrastination with the rest.

Ignorant person: You is lazy!

Me: And just how much work have you done this weekend?

Ignorant person: Uh...

Me: Hypocrite.

The art of holding off and being lazy on doing necessary and beneficial tasks, such as studying or working out, to street race instead. Similar to procrastination.

Bob: How is the studying for Math going, Ricardo?

Ricardo: Sorry bro, busy at the moment, I'm Procrastiracing with my riced out POS Honda Civic! Studying can wait!
