About the gayest site in the world. Very addictive. One can waste HOURS on the website, and DREAM of their pixel pet, and think of "cute" ways to find their "pet" a gf or bf. People who are "insiders" on the site have ABSOLUTELY NO LIVES WHATSOEVER. And when people consider the people they chat with to be "their friends" its sad, cuz they really dont have REAL FRIENDS.

Neopets, a childish yet addicting site, started in 1999 as a harmless website for bored college students. It was fine until 2006. It was fun, the games were original, and things had a personal touch to them. Then, in 2006, Viacom bought Neopets, and turned it into an advertising machine. Now every page there are at least three ads, and sponsor games make up at least half of the overall games. There's a freaking Neopets CEREAL. And Neopets dolls and trading cards and magazines. Adam and Donna are no longer in charge of Neopets, Viacom is. -sigh-

A darn addicting game in which you create virtual pets, play with them, earn points to buy items to enhance your pet's lives, and so on. Neopets. Spelt A-D-D-I-C-T-I-N-G.
People do say it has become unfair, but I'm so-so about it. Though "freezing" because your account is worthy of being considered by hackers is rather unfair, an example being one friend I met in the game.

Me: Yes, I still play neopets.
Friend: WTH still?!?! Play Gunbound, it is sooo much better!!!!!!11111oneoneeleven
Me:Uh, yeah. Like a game where cute little characters hit each other with cannons is fun.

a popular yet overrated website that you can create virtual pets on and practically live a second life through.

TNT are the goverment of the neopian world and they run it very stictly. For example in Neopia if you swore or made one little mistake you would be given the death sentance
(freezing)
That's right if you make one little mistake your banished, your pets are killed and the only way of getting back in is by reincarnating yourself with a new account name, new pets, new gallery. Everything.

TNT are evil, they don't forgive people, lot's of the time they execute you without even one single warning. People make mistakes we can't help it. Also it's quite hard too memorise every single rule, so the risk of breaking a rule is very high.

The makers are such jerks that most people wouldn't want too be helping them too get money. QUIT BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE.
