A male of any status or tier that is a pseudo-feminist, often advocating the views of female supremacy. They do this out of either a sense of chivalry, the false belief that this belief system will benefit them somehow or as an attempt to fit in with what they believe is normative.
When asked for justifications of his feminist ideals -a gamma male will reveal that he is in fact, a neo-chivalrist. Often they put down adherents of men's rights because those men, in the gamma males point of view don't get laid.
Another typical justification for their belief is that men have more of a choice in mate selection than women. Thus, if a man is falsely accused of any crime by a woman and unjustly found guilty: that man is at fault for picking the wrong mate.

Get the Gamma malemug. A Gamma male is a fake Alpha male, he was unsuccessful as a beta getting girls and finding success and has turned to lifting and pretending to be superior than betas. They will still score with shallow women with no morality and are notable for having unprovoked hate towards anyone who doesn't buy into the false ego perspectives. A true Alpha male will gain women and success under any circumstances they are magnetic. A gamma male is a loser trying to pretend to be Alpha.
John lifts because he is insecure and can't get women to notice him. Now he hooks up with shallow skanks who cheat on him and give him STDs and he thinks he's Alpha. He's a try hard gamma male.
