flipper-upper

When a female's lower stomach fat roll is so large it hangs down over the vagina making intercourse impossible until the fat roll is "flipped up" out of the way thus making her vagina attainable and intercourse possible.

Danny was ready to have sex with Corrina except for the fact that each time he reached for her vagina he got a hand full of her lower stomach fat. Danny finally figured out that if he "flipped her fat roll up" out of the way he could then reach her vagina and they could have sex.
