Usually refers to a cop on a bike, but has also been traditionally used to describe security guards or asshole cops as well. It has a negative connotation towards law enforcement agencies, and is often times used in extreme anger.

Chesticle

Chesticles are saggy breasts that resemble testicles, though usually found on older women (55+), they are a common sight in Mississippi, Alabama, and Texas on males ages 26+. Chesticles should not be confused with "breasticles" which is a synonym for moobs, man-tits, and other words that mean man boobs.
