A term used to describe someone of an older generation (Baby Boomer). Often used as an insult to describe someone who is behind the times, lacks understanding of new terms, and lacks the ability to use technology.

A person who usually has Facebook, will laugh at memes or jokes that are usually not funny. These people will also tend to call millienials, boomers. These people also have a very low knowledge of meme culture and will not find a meme today that's funny, funny or humourous because of their lack of meme knowledge. Boomers will also laugh at minion memes or memes from 2011 to 2017.

"Boomer" is most commonly used by members of the "Millennial" generation, usually to INCORRECTLY refer to their parents whom they are rude to, disrespectful of, & do not appreciate for no legitimate reason at all...
Whether used incorrectly to refer to their parents, or correctly to refer to their grandparents, the term "Boomer", when used by a "millennial", is almost always followed by unethical, immoral derogatory slurs intended to express intolerance & disrespect for them....
