Just hanging around doing nothing, while also being very cool and showing that of. This term origins from the well-known tv- show "Stranger Things". This word was introduced by the character "Eleven", played by Millie Bobby Brown, a bald Brit.

Bob: wow, you look so cool, eventhough you're just chilling. What is this thing you are doing? It truelly amazes me...
