It is used to describe players that slide tap every single pattern they see on their screen and make absolutely no effort to try and hit notes with any sort of precision. The term gorilla applies especially to people that slide simple patterns such as trills, triplets, and chimneys. If you slide tap everything in the game, chances are you're a gorilla.
