HLD (Habitual Liar Dissyndrome); those who simply have a chronic habit of lying habitually, and the Mental Health Institute disregards that they exist (since they are both disordered and have a chronic syndrome).
Those who generally have it: politicians, doctors, dentists, psychiatrists, psychologists, professors, counselors, online moderators, and anybody that has a certification (a magic spell).
Because they are looking for a personal sense of superiority (superiority/inferiority complex); as if they know better than other people (lies).
