Drugs add new things to you, new thoughts and new feelings. For better, or for worse.

A: i took some drugs, and boy did i see things differently after that.

B: it wasn't my fault! I was drunk!

DRUG-TARD

A person, whom after years of drug use has destroyed (or retarded) their ability to function. A drug-tard is often found unable to care for themselves or abide by common, simple ideas, like don't walk in traffic or crap on the sidewalk. They are an extremely dependent portion of society.

He's not much of a threat he's just a drug-tard.
