Alternative to seat check, can be used when a person wants to keep their blanket when relaxing while getting up.

Bill: I need to go to the bathroom, I call blanket check

Sam: man your lucky cause I was going to take it.

Freedom Check

When you take advantage of the passive and submissiveness of people and a situation for personal gain based on your belief in your personal freedoms.

The man crossed the street during a green light preventing the flow of traffic claiming you can't hit me, "I'm protected by pedestrian right of way laws, you can't hit me" as the cars honked. This man is freedom checking the people around him feeling entitled to his personal freedom.

When you need to know if you friend is in the call still, but he's on the wheelchair so when you say the words "Wheelchair Check" your friend will come wheeling down in his sped-chair to answer your pleading call

"Is John still here?"
