Get the Country Posermug. The poser couldn't go skydiving or do anything else without a camera, because having nothing to show for it wouldn't make her look tough or colorful anymore, she would be uninteresting, as everybody is throughout most of their lives. People are interesting for a little while after they are born, then they are interesting again late in their life, but most of their life there's nothing interesting about anyone in particular.

Get the Posermug. (TYPICALLY METAL GENRE) a poser is someone using a specific genre/band as a way to impress someone. for example, if your crush says they like the misfits, you buy a misfits shirt, not knowing any of their songs or anything about them.

people keep saying that bands like SOAD, deftones and other "nu metal" bands are poser bands just because they don't sound like black sabbath, metallica, iron maiden, slayer, megadeth, etc. there are many different sub-genres in metal, and it shouldn't restrict to JUST thrash, death, or other "heavier" sub-genres. SOAD and deftones aren't even really nu metal, they just do what they like to do. they're not poser bands. like what you like, and listen to whatever you want to listen to.
