a gross store. forever21, abercrombie, bebe, true religon, ruehl and many store are much better. It's where the people who can't afford abercrombie now. There clothes rip and they suck. In Australia "Helli's" is the act of swinging "nuts" (donuts) in a rear-wheel drive car. Presumably from the word Hellicopter, how the car spins around on an axis.
