Hanging Wave

When you wave to a person in passing, and they either don’t see you, or choose not to return your wave. This is very similar to when you go to high five, or fist bump someone, and you are simply left hanging...and feeling like a fool.

I’m bummed. When I was driving through my neighborhood this afternoon, I had two hanging waves.
