Get the Ginga rail mug.Gincel is a portmanteau of the words "gay" and "incel." It refers to homosexual men with transphobic tendencies.
The term does not literally mean a gay man who is an incel and cannot get sex per se, but rather a gay man with the behavioral mannerisms of an incel.
A key characteristic of a gincel's mentality is the deeply held paranoia that the trans rights movement is a psyop created by homophobes to brainwash gay men into becoming straight trans women. They will refer to this as "conversion therapy 2.0."
This term is very similar in use to the acronym "TERG" or "Trans-Exclusive Radical Gay."
