Hard work

Hard work is like fucking Harvey Weinstein. Some people are willing to do it consensually but it's objectively gross and unpleasant. You can't say "no" to it and you kind of have to do it to make it anywhere in life. A Work Death occurs when a co-worker leaves your team for another company. In reality they're still alive, but the truth is you'll never see that person ever again after they leave. It's as if they've died and gone on to the next (corporate) life.
