the inebriated state you get in when you're up late, whether your playing a game or just on the internet, and you realize its much later than you thought, and everything is alot funnier and techno music is as good as drugs

Gamer Speed occurs when a gamer of any kind enters a bullet-time like state where their reaction time greatly increases to a massive degree or manages to think 1 or more steps ahead of the enemy
