Four gen "Y" suited "brokers" on an emaillatte break, sitting in a coffee shop, all on their mobile phones talking to anyone who doesn't happen to be in the coffee shop with them. Perpetrator: One who generally lacks the courage to sit in the coffee shop on their own and needs to impress all and sundry with their level of self-importance by way of constant phone activity. Secondary indicators: Usually has the loudest "Phone Voice" and loudest ring tone to ensure everyone notices how important they are.
