Rat Hunters

Rat Hunters are an established and sanctioned prison gang found in the New York State prison system. It's members are mostly made up of various Nomad Biker's from Outlaw gangs/clubs on the streets, and prison hardened middle aged Hispanic men. Rat Hunter prospects are selected from the most violent, tough, and criminally experienced men in the NYS prison system, who have the most incidents of violence such as Assaults on Sex Offenders, Assault on a Corrections Officer, and Assaults on Rats/Snitches, among other violent crimes. The purpose and agenda of a Rat Hunter, is to sniff out all Rats/Snitches, Sex Offenders, Etc, and brutally "Exterminate" them.

Rat Hunters sniff out and target all sex offenders ('Rapos'), and Rats (people who snitch/tell on other prisoners, or who ratted/snitched/told on their co-defendants to obtain a lighter sentence). Rat Hunters also extort Rapos' and Rats, and usually have a co-existing partnership with other gangs such as the Latin Kings and sometimes even the Aryan Brotherhood.

used to describe an annoying friend. this freind does things like wipe their nose on your laptop, break everything they touch, call your microwave ghetto just because its old, beats you in a game of basketball by using ratty tacticts and is just a pain in the ass.
