A dude who is just “too nice.”
Simps are usually those dudes who are friend zoned by women that they truly like/love/want more than anything, but are usually placed in a lower ranking than other guys in a females repertoire, because a Simp practices a chivalrous, respectful, and friendly approach.
Girls find simps strictly platonic and if YOU are a simp, chances are you’ll go through the motions of dead end conversations, lack of effort towards you unless a girl wants something from you (I.e. A couple bucks, someone to talk to about other guy trouble, alcohol runs without an invite to drink, etc.),
Barely being recognized for your effort towards said female, and being thrown to side for other men.
For lack of better words: a dude who can’t get pussy because girls think he’s too nice of a guy.
