The act of suprising a random girl by putting two fingers up her butt in a public or social place, then when they freak out, to hold on to them around the waist with your free hand, 'riding' them for as long as possible while they struggle.

rizing

A slang term for using a vaporizer to ingest THC, either for recreational use or as part of a medical treatment plan. Rizing is a homonym with "rising", which has connotations to getting high, as well as empowerment with respect to medical applications (cancer, glaucoma, chronic pain, etc.).
