(verb)
1)The act of someone exiting a car and not locking the car door on the way out. This term only applies to cars with manual door locks. The act can either be unintentional (forgetting) or intentional.
2)Additionally, someone who commits such an act can be referred to as a "Luigi".
A)Looks like you're pulling a luigi right now.

B)It appears that Luigi over here didn't lock the car door.
