Because your messaging is bad. It's literally just the monopoly on virtue exhibited by the fundamentalist with a smug, sarcastic twist. You policy is incoherent and often contradictory. Your empathy doesn't actually translate to you caring about other people's lives and amounts only to pity for people for whom you feel bad. You're not good people. Believing as you believe and doing what you want EQUALS "Good people" to you. You're completely unsympathetic as a party because you have no sympathy for anyone who doesn't adhere to your political presuppositions. AND you're completely politically inept and just as authoritarian as the conservatives.

From the word "nothing" because there is actually no right fit prefix to classify your relation and you start to understand you actually mean "nothing'" to the other person. Communications and behaviors don't fit all basic the criteria for either a classic relationship, friendship or even situationship.
