Darjot Gill is a term that can be used as a derogatory term.
The original meaning of this phrase was used for a man or servant that would be kind to your face yet steal from you.
What makes a Darjot Gill different than a “snake” or just simply a bad person; is that a DarjotGill will steal or defy your orders and still some how manage to skrew it up everytime.
