when someone says they're going to cook something a certain way, but then changes it last minute without telling the guy who posts on the fake social media page that parodies your establishment. can also be used in the negative to mean 'no lie' or 'no cap.'

The embodiment of a fake Italian, otherwise known as a huckster.
These peoples sources of income are highly unknown, yet this group regularly films and uploads videos of themselves drinking flagrantly, and huffing cigar smoke, while enabling their intrusive thoughts to a small fanbase primarily in India. Chanting bizarre things like "Richard Mille" and "watches make a great investment" or "Royal Oak offshore". Run for the hills when coming across such a bizarre creature, as they have a greasy nature and will take all you for all that you have.

" Venice and gelato go well together with my oyster perpetual, hopefully my aquanaut holds it's value!"
~Said flat top monkey eyebrows.
"The detriment of the watch market, comes from the lies and lollypop licking fans of silly YouTube channels"
~says the flat top monkey eyebrows.

an old school slang term for the bologna sandwich that is served to guests at the Chicago Police Dept lockups.
Oh, man, my old lady couldn't bail me out, so I had to stay in the lockup and have a Michigan flat steak for dinner.
