half-baked 

is a name used to describe someone that isn't fully complete. Just like pottery on a potters wheel, it is shaped into a beautiful piece of art. If something goes wrong, it is deformed and the process to shape begins again. We are all being baked, going through trials in life. If we give up, we are only half-baked.

Half Cast

Half cast is term used majorly in the U.K. Half cast is to be mixed race mainly meaning half black/white people. This term (shoot me if i'm wrong) orginates from a poem written about a mixed race child whom was not quite an outcast from soiciety but was half cast. intresting stuff.

half loaf bus

A small truncated school bus or mini bus body on a small truck frame. Usually used to transport mentally challenged/retarded folk wearing hockey like helmets. Usually travels well under the speed limit on major highways. Usually the "special ed bus." Many times, a half loaf bus passengers are drooling out the windows.

Small stunted school bus almost exclusively used in transporting special needs people. Also known as "the short bus." These half loaf busses look like half loaves of bread.
