By using the idea that if something is inside you, you are then outside of it. Commonly used for drinking buddies when the drink is placed in front of you for enthusiastic consumption.
Alternatively chicks could use it to describe a guy they fancy getting a length from

Getting UCF'ed

Not getting what you deserve despite having truly earned it.

Example: The only undefeated 2017 college football team was UCF, and they were left out of the playoff. Hence they got UCF’ed.

“The undefeated Cincinnati Bearcats keep winning and haven’t moved in the CFP Rankings. They’re Getting UCF'ed.”

“CCU is getting UCF’ed because they play in the Sun Belt conference”

“I did all that extra work this year and got passed on for the promotion. I got UCF’ed.”
