Noun. That one kid who always is always wearing the newest Skechers. He's that kid who makes all those loud squeely noises and pretends to be 5 on Xbox. He's the guy who's contacts are full of guys but he tells his friends he texts girls all day. The fanny pack he wears everywhere has nothing but a little tube of vaseline in case he needs to pop a quicky.

Guy 1- "Dude why is that kid wearing a fanny pack?"
