Essentially a mid-life crisis, but scaled down in a single work day, where everything is going wrong.

Real life example (for context I work at a restaurant)
Me: "We are out of napkins, the silverware is empty, and a tiny child is running around in the buffet area with no parent to be found. I am having a mid-shift crisis right now."

A form of quarter or midlife crisis that occurs when the subject comes to the startling realization that cryptocurrency and NFTs are not the end all solution to their problems they thought they were.

“Have you heard from Andy lately?”
“Not since he started going through his crypto life crisis after NFT sales dropped 92%”
“92%? What an abysmal failure and scam.”
“Exactly.”

Just like mid life crisis but anyone have it, you don't actually need to be middle aged. Something can simply upset your mood and lo and behold you now have a mood life crisis.

I couldn't decide what to listen to. I started w/ ska, went to pop punk, 90s country, the soundtrack to Dear Evan Hansen, and finally settled on early 2000s Taylor Swift. I was having a full blown musical identity crisis.
