A phrase commonly used to depict a person who appears randomly within pictures or situations; that stares obsessively at a person or persons with longing desire.
The specific stare may consist of the following facial movements:
1)Wide dilated pupils
2)Bulgy Eyes
3)Watery mouth
4)Surprise and horror (for example; the look one may have if found masterbating)
5) Random "O" faces
6) Baring of teeth
When one falls prey to this stare, the victim may feel they have been mentally sodomized. Post-stare there may also be feelings of loneliness and violation.

A green, cublike monster commonly associated with the game Minecraft, as it is one of the game's mascots and its face often appears in promotional art and videos for it. It spawns at low light levels in any area and will not burn in the daylight like other mobs (mobile entities) that spawn in low light levels. It can spawn anywhere that has low light levels except for the Nether and The End. It has 20 health, and will try to sneak up on you, as it makes no sound except when it is about to explode or when it has taken damage. Once it has gotten close enough to a player, it will self-destruct and explode. There is also a different type of creeper called a charged creeper, which can appear if a creeper is struck by lightning. A charged creeper has a larger blast radius compared to a normal creeper.
