A child social engineer is a hacker who manipulates the data streams of a child to manipulate his/her views, shape his/her world, and shape his/her experiences to suit his needs. Isn't necessarily a pedophile, but is obsessed with molding them into the person they want.

He was a Child Social Engineer (CSE) who believed he was doing what he thought was right.

This school is male dominated and is full of criminals, fake gang members and rapists if your looking for the most ghetto secondary and colly in Newham its this school. Even though the school is good and is well sponsored it can also be called a block where mandem can get brain and jeet beenies in the school toilets.
