When a person takes a drink straight from a bathroom or utility sink, due to a lack of access to clean water or drinking glasses, usually because of drunkenness, or pure laziness, thus turning the facet into a bubbler (drinking fountain). Prominent among apathetic college students.

Get the redneck slutmug. A radical redneck is basically as big of a redneck as you can get. Radical rednecks are unenlightened and don't want to be enlightened either. They also believe that everyone should play a military, hunting, fishing, church, or business-related role. Although all radical rednecks are about the same of how big of rednecks they are, many are more extreme than others.
Examples of radical rednecks include Adolf Hitler, Benito Mussolini, Francisco Franco, Paul Joseph Goebbels, Josef Mengele, other Nazis, Josef Stalin, Vladimir Putin, the KKK, the Skinheads, the Aryan Brotherhood, and outlaw motorcycle clubs.
